Welcome to our CFA REGISTERED Persian cattery. We are located in the beautiful green mountains of Vermont.
We have had Persians in our life for the past 15 yrs. Perhaps by luck, my husband brought me home the most beautiful fur baby that long ago. We were living in the Midwest and he answered an ad for Persians & Himis for sale for 25.00, long story short, the breeder past away and her son was selling off her stock. One very scared little girl came home to me that day, "Sophie". She was the most beautiful apricot flame point Himalayan. The son said she would never be a good pet, "too unsocialized", he was so wrong! As she was the most loveable cat I have ever had, always at my side. We totally fell in love with the breed...we had her for 11 yrs., before she passed away in my arms of renal failure, purring until the end...
We are a cage free cattery, our cats are very much a part of our life’s. They are very social, sweet and loving babies.
All of our cats are vaccinated yearly and have regular checkups. No cat or kitten is ever allowed outside here at Memeres Persians for their own protection. Persians are very laid back and sweet. They are very curious about the outside, but they would not do well. There demeanor makes them a target, as they think everything and everyone is a friend.
